We will close by 7:45 PM Eastern Daylight Time

You must register to join. You can register virtually until airtime.

From your home computer or digital device

It’s virtual, so you get to choose. You will not be on camera. Dress to impress or be comfy.

Price: You choose!

Give a gift now, during, or after the Gala, and support Helen Keller International’s lifesaving work around the world.

Or join for free.

Now more than ever, we believe in the power of community.

We are inspired that Helen Keller, our co-founder and role model, would have called on the strength of multitudes and sheer grit to persevere in these challenging times.

Therefore, we are turning our Gala into a first-ever virtual experience, so that all can participate — and from the safety of our own homes.

Together, we can draw strength… and change the world.

Join us!

Register in advance and you will receive your personal link to the Gala. Click through from your home computer or digital device, enjoy a glass of wine or drink of choice and an evening of community and inspiration.

You will hear from Kathy Spahn, President and CEO of Helen Keller Intl. Hear from Philomena Orji, Country Director for Nigeria, on what keeps her on her toes and hard at work in the most populous country in Africa. And you’ll visit with our Board member, the effervescent TV personality and chef Carla Hall while she cooks up something special just for us.

And you will also be a part of giving Chef José Andrés the Helen Keller Humanitarian Award. Chef Andrés was twice named to Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People” list and awarded the 2015 National Humanities Medal by President Obama. He is the Founder of World Central Kitchen, which is at work serving communities with food at this critical time. World Central Kitchen is a sister non-profit that provides smart solutions to end hunger and poverty by using the power of food to empower communities and strengthen economies.

You will be helping Helen Keller Intl combat blindness, malnutrition, and diseases of poverty. You will also enable us to deliver lifesaving information to vulnerable communities around the world so that they have the knowledge they need to stay as safe as possible and slow the spread of the coronavirus.

This will be an evening to come together, while apart, whether you are wearing pajamas or a ball gown.
